Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise purchased, you may return it to us for an exchange or a refund. Please contact Customer Service at 1.801.355.0900 to obtain a return authorization number, which is required for all exchanges and returns. Packages that are received and do not contain a return authorization number will be refused. Please note the return authorization number issued to you by a Customer Service Representative is only valid for 30 days. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after this 30 day period.
Merchandise must be returned in resalable condition with all original packaging. This includes instruction sheets, preparation pads, and hardware kits. Wade Auto reserves the right to delay or refuse any returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
You, the customer are responsible for all return shipping costs. C.O.D. (Collect On Delivery) exchanges or returns are not accepted.
