File A Warranty Claim

Wade Automotive warrants all products sold will be free of any defect in manufacturing, materials or workmanship as long the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the product is installed. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, accident, misuse, neglect, fire, vandalism or any other form of abuse.  Wade will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product covered by this warranty that is proven to be defective. This is a parts only warranty, and such, repair or replacement shall be Wade’s only obligation, and the customer’s only remedy for a defective product.

The cost of labor, installation, painting, incidental damages, shipping and handling will not be reimbursed. Wade does not warrant the paint or painting of our products.  If, at Wade’s discretion, Wade chooses to replace a defective part the customer (end consumer) may be responsible for any occurring shipping costs, and/or any handling fees of up to $25.00. Wade shall have no liability for any incidental or consequential damages of any kind or nature including property damage or personal injury resulting from the use or misuse of the product(s) sold.

Wade Automotive reserves the right to change product design and material without prior notice to customers.
